fortunately not my photo! It was sent to me because of my interest in birds and drones. I dropped the image into Google and tracked it down to a facebook page.
Note the jess on the bird’s leg, so a captive bird. Possibly a member of the Dutch Police’s flying squad. Have a look at this pbs.org
A Black Kite did have a close look at my drone one day. Not wanting either to be damaged I was quick to fly it out of the way.
